New plan: Fight the Binge! Your opinions, please!

Since I had huge trouble lately fighting the binging/craving I thought of a new food plan and wanted to hear your honest opinions on this.

a) Do you think it's too many cals / too little variation?
b) Do you think I can lose weight with this plan?
c) If so, how fast do you think can I lose with this plan?
d) Your suggestions to improve?

I like it! Because it seems like a lot and like your pampering yourself but for so few calories.

If I were you I'd come up with several different days or half days that you could mix and match - vary calories and all that.

If you didn't want all those different foods there to tempt//sway you ((which I understand)), you could just have several diff. plans and change it up every time you buy groceries.

BUt def. you should vary it a bit.

Good luck! Let me know how it works out...
